Before you start your application, please make sure you have the I.D. Number from your Nimbus Access Card OR Summer Sessions Digital Access Pass. If you have not applied for this yet, please refer to the Summer Sessions website on how to do this.

Please ensure the details you provide match your Nimbus Access Card or Summer Sessions Digital Access Pass.

Pre-Approved Accessibility Requirements

At Summer Sessions, access to the following facilities is subject to prior approval by Nimbus as part of your Nimbus registration process:

If you have been identified as needing any of these facilities, you will automatically be approved for their use by the accessibility team once you have completed your application.

Please note: Accessible car parking spaces are limited and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis for approval.

Prohibited Items

If you require to bring any of the below prohibited items due to medical/accessibility requirements, please tick the appropriate box. All authorisations for prohibited items are subject to conditions outlined in your authorisation email.

Prescription Medication

You will be able to bring easily recognisable medication and medical supplies (e.g. insulin pens, inhalers, over the counter medication, etc) without authorisation. This is only needed where controlled drugs are required, which can't be easily recognised.

Food/Non-alcoholic Drinks

This is only applicable where food/non-alcoholic drinks are required due to medical or accessibility requirements (e.g. specific diets, allergies, etc).

Large Bag

Bag sizes for the event will be restricted. Bags which are larger than allowed can be authorised if needed due to medical or accessibility requirements.
